  • The Commitment: To begin the process and secure your piece, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance, plus shipping, is due upon completion.
  • The Timeline: Crafting pieces takes time. Most custom commissions are ready to ship within 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. I will keep in contact with you with updates and progress.
  • The Reveal: I will send you a photo of your finished piece for approval before it is sent.
