Are your pieces handmade?
All House of Luna Jewellery pieces are handmade by me. Each piece is carefully wire-wrapped by hand, which means no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. Small variations are part of what makes handmade jewellery special.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually packed and sent within 1-3 business days. Shipping times then depend on the courier, but most New Zealand orders arrive within 2-5 working days.

Yes. The stones used in House of Luna Jewellery are genuine natural stones unless otherwise stated. Because they are natural, each stone has its own patterns, colours and inclusions.
Do the stones have meanings?
Many gemstones are traditionally associated with certain meanings or energies. While these meanings are widely shared in crystal communities, they're ultimately personal and open to interpretation.
How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
- Avoid wearing it in the shower or swimming.
- Keep it away from perfumes and chemicals.
- Please store it in a dry place when not worn.
Tarnish is a natural process for many metals over time, including copper, which is mostly what I use. This is completely normal and doesn't affect the quality of your jewellery.
If your piece becomes tarnished, you can gently clean it using a soft jewellery polishing cloth or a mild jewellery cleaner. Be gentle around the stone and wirework to keep the piece in its best condition.
