All House of Luna Jewellery is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. ​Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and packed before shipment. For custom orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for me to complete your piece (I will keep in contact with you).

Where We Ship

We Ship Worldwide to most destinations. However, due to current postal suspensions and strict jewellery import regulations, we do not currently ship to:

• Middle East: Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, and UAE.
• Conflict Zones: Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
• High-Risk Jewellery Zones: India and Italy

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Please Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.

• These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices. We are a small business and are unable to cover these fees.
• House of Luna is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
• We recommend cheking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Because our pieces are handcrafted, all order are sent via tracked courier to ensure they reach you safely.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade and unique, all sales are generally final. We do not offer general returns or exchanges for a change of mind. ​

However, if there is an issue with your order or your piece arrives damaged, please contact me using the contact form within 7 days of delivery. I will do my absolute best to help, and returns or repairs will be handled on a case-by-case basis. ​

Because I work with natural gemstones and hand-wrapped copper wire, please expect natural variations, inclusions, and unique characteristics in each piece. The item you receive is the exact one-of-a-kind piece pictured in its specific listing unless otherwise noted. ​
• Pricing & Cart: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, items in your cart are not officially reserved until checkout is fully completed. ​
